We are all needed and here for a reason… make no mistake about it.
 
But it is too easy to get lost in the external world of busyness, pressure, limiting beliefs and patterns of behaviour, and the overwhelm that can tie us down and take us hostage. We may wonder why we are here, how we are contributing, and question if there is more to life than the one, we are presently living. We may begin to believe that the other things and people are more important, so we put ourselves and our desires last. We might even give up on the dreams we had long ago and settle for a comfort zone that sometimes feels like a cage.

If we are lucky, we feel the ache in our hearts, the tug for belonging, for meaning, connection, and purpose… and we choose to wake up… We wake up to the fact that we are responsible for creating the life we would love to have. We dust ourselves off and realise it is time to take charge of our lives.

And because we realise that transformation rarely happens in a vacuum, we seek help.
