I have been creating learning programs in the corporate world for over 20 years and I have also worked closely with those that are disadvantaged. It is my passion to bring relevant knowledge and tools to a place where people can receive it and really get it and apply it
I have discovered that energy alchemy (raising your unique vibrational signature and clearing energetic debris that is holding you back) helps to create and maintain what you are seeking and individualised coaching helps to build routines and practices to sustain the growth indefinitely
I love helping those who intuitively know they are here for a reason and are ready for a change…who may also feel stuck in their life direction, career, relationship, state of health/wellness, or questioning their next best step.
I am also a mother, wife, friend, dog and cat mom, WFPB and mostly vegan, accredited yogi, avid reader, lover of travel, star seed, and someone who has always known I was born for these times. I practice what I teach and actively seek purpose and balance every day so I can evolve and become the best version of me with every breath I take.

I also believe we all have a purpose for being here on earth at this time.
Finding and living this is not difficult though it can be challenging in a world that is constantly changing and demands so much from our time. Daily distractions, working long hours, feeling overwhelmed and losing our freedom and that passion and joy from life can leave us feeling stuck, frustrated… self-doubt or resentment can then seep in and colour our thoughts and experience keeping us stuck in a loop
