ENERGY ALCHEMY and Transformational Coaching
Maybe you are like me… You have been working on yourself for years. You intend to live your life’s purpose and align with your soul’s true mission. You are open to learning and take the time to integrate what you know. You may have cycled through your old friends and have a core group that you feel aligned with.
And some days you still get triggered in a BIG way…Some days you feel stuck, confused, or overwhelmed. Other days you feel like giving up… it’s all just too hard… But you keep going because there is nothing you would rather be doing than living your purpose.
Keeping your bio energetic field vibrant and free of stuck energy will directly affect everything you experience, and everything we experience also affects our field. Every thought you hang on to, every conflict you experience and bury, each pattern you inherited from your childhood, even ancestorial programming can sit in your energy field… Blocking you from going where you want or stepping up that little bit more, even showing up as an injury or pain. Working on our energy field and opening our energy centres will help us clear limiting beliefs, connect to our own intuitive guidance, free thought patterns that sabotage our next steps, help shift health issues that hang on no matter what we do, even sleep better at night
So, how does it work?
It works like this: I set up a sacred container for you and prepare myself while you relax from the comfort of your own home. With the safe and protected support of divine light and guidance I then tune in to your bio field and key energy centers and work through an energy chelation and protocol, doing any priority work needed.
I often receive insights and guidance that can be used to make changes and boost the session. You will either receive voice clips or another call to pass these on and It helps to have pen and paper handy as once the information comes through me, it is gone.
Those that have multiple sessions or are working with one of my programs (e.g. Heart and Soul Alignment program) have coaching sessions in conjunction with the energy alchemy to help integrate the new frequency, provide insight, and learn new tools and practices to help manifest and sustain a new version of self.
The energy work I do is based on the teachings of Barbara Brennan, founder of the International School of Healing Florida, USA. Barbara Brennan is also a scientist and author of several books including the “Hands of Light”
